HI I’M MEGAN

About Megan, Megan Hall, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker

On July 3, 2010 I found myself a homeless, unemployed, single mom with two daughters. That day I finally found the strength to leave an abusive relationship that had chipped away at my self esteem and self worth. I don’t want any woman to ever feel like her life is out of her control because it’s not.

In September 2014 after I got my life together, married, gave birth to two more children, twins, and began a fitness journey I was presented with the opportunity to become a fitness coach. I found so much fulfillment helping women on become healthier and happier. That joy didn’t last because although my clients were motivated many struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I soon realized it wasn’t me or them or programs but instead it was the things going on in their personal lives that were standing in the way.

I soon found myself yearning to help women with their whole lives not just that one piece. In May 2016 when attending a local women’s conference I had a wonderful session with a coach who told me to just go for it. Walking out of that conference I started my journey towards becoming a women’s empowerment coach and motivational speaker.

My dream didn’t end with coaching. The dramatic transformation I experience with the aid of therapy and my desire to help women on a deeper level has led me to pursuing a degree in psychology. But after being diagnosed with bipolar II in 2019 I realized I just couldn’t hold space for other people in the way I would need to. They say if you can’t do teach and since I am very passionate about mental health I decided to become a professor of psychology. My goal is to obtained my PhD in Psychology and shape the minds of future mental health professionals.

I’m a mom of four, wife, fur mom to two beautiful kitties, mental health advocate, social justice advocate, human rights advocate, host of The Inspired Women Podcast, and a care bear stuck in a humans body. I believe in being transparent, kind, and genuine that means I don’t sugar coat stuff. My favorite color is pink and I have a bit of a potty mouth. I consider myself a spiritual woman because I don’t practice any specific religion. Basically I am real, raw, and honest.

Having an open mind and a kind heart allows me to truly help people of all walks of life. Each person I interact with teaches me something new and I am a willing learner. By listening to others, educating myself, and sharing what I’ve learned with other I feel like I am contributing to better change in the world.

I am so happy to have you on this journey with me. Remember YOU ARE ENOUGH!

XoXo
